At the conclusion of the Consecration ceremony the first President, Very Distinguished Companion Jules Greenwall, was installed by the Deputy Grand Summus, Right Distinguished Companion Ian Currans.

With the addition of this third Consistory in Middlesex, the Grand Summus then proceeded to constitute this Inspectorate into a Province. Right Distinguished Companion Trevor Dutt was installed as the first Provincial Grand Summus. The latter subsequently installed Very Distinguished Companion Brian Calcutt as his Deputy and Very Distinguished Companion Davis Pascho as Assistant Provincial Grand Summus.
